How high is the investment and how long do the sessions last?

The fee for the 10-session package is CHF 3,200. We work in 75-minute blocks. Additionally, after each session, you will receive my Executive Memo (summary) and access to the messenger support.

How does sparring differ from classical executive coaching?

Classical coaching is mostly non-directive: The coach creates the space for you to find your own answers. I go a step further. I hold the protected space and provide precise analysis where necessary. I clearly address what you are doing unconsciously – whether it is in your body language or your thought patterns. Sparring here means: A counterpart that sees your blind spots, names them, and helps you to correct them physiologically and strategically.

I have an extremely busy calendar. Can we also have shorter sessions?

Absolutely. We work result-oriented, not by the clock. A 30-minute laser session can resolve issues in a short time because we work extremely focused. Important: Since my preparation (analysis) and follow-up (executive memo) remain the same for quality assurance, a laser session counts as a full unit. We reach our goal faster and you regain time for your business.

How do you ensure absolute discretion?

Since I am completely independent of your company and its stakeholders, there are no political entanglements. What is discussed in the sparring – whether it be doubts, fears, or strategies against internal rivals – never leaves the room.
